Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online store.
Shipping
We currently ship only to Australia and New Zealand. For orders under $59 in Australia, there is a flat shipping rate of $10. For all orders to New Zealand, the flat shipping rate is $20.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Australia will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When an order is shipped, an automatic email is sent to you containing your tracking number and requested delivery address.
